VICONSALT is a law firm specializing in comprehensive business support and protection of the interests of individuals. Our activities are based on the expertise of a team that includes lawyers, legal advisors, tax consultants and auditors. In order to expand our practice, we are looking for an Intellectual Property Lawyer.
Your duties and responsibilities:
preparation and submission of applications for trademarks, inventions, utility models and industrial designs (full range of work up to obtaining certificates);
preparation of objections to refusals for applications and international registrations;
monitoring and maintaining the relevance of registered certificates and patents;
conducting patent searches and preparing reports for patent research;
analysis and development of agreements in the field of intellectual property (registration of TM, copyrights, barcodes, etc.);
registration of intellectual property objects in the relevant state and customs registers;
representing clients’ interests in national and international institutions;
advising clients and colleagues on intellectual property issues;
participating in the development of new practice tools, writing analytical materials, preparing specialized publications and creating content.
Required skills and knowledge:
experience in the field of intellectual property;
practice of registering trademarks, copyrights, international applications (will be an advantage);
knowledge of English at a conversational level (will be an advantage);
experience of cooperation with state bodies in the field of intellectual property (will be an advantage);
attentiveness, initiative, stress resistance, high legal literacy, creative thinking.
