The distributor of goods under the trademark Daeng Gi Meo Ri
Task
The client needed to ensure the protection of intellectual property rights to the trademark Daeng Gi Meo Ri when importing goods into the customs territory of Ukraine, as well as to minimize the risks of counterfeiting and delays during customs clearance. This created a need to enter the trademark into the Customs Register of Intellectual Property Objects.
What was done
We prepared and filed a complete set of documents for entering the trademark Daeng Gi Meo Ri into the Customs Register of IPO. Support was provided throughout the interaction procedure with customs authorities, and explanations were given regarding the further use of customs control mechanisms. As a result, the trademark was entered into the Customs Register, allowing the client to effectively protect their rights and carry out customs clearance of goods without obstruction.
