VICONSALT is a law firm specializing in comprehensive business support and protection of the interests of individuals. Our activities are based on the expertise of a team that includes lawyers, legal advisors, tax consultants and auditors. In order to expand our practice, we are looking for an Intellectual Property Lawyer.<\/p>\n
preparation and submission of applications for trademarks, inventions, utility models and industrial designs (full range of work up to obtaining certificates);
\npreparation of objections to refusals for applications and international registrations;
\nmonitoring and maintaining the relevance of registered certificates and patents;
\nconducting patent searches and preparing reports for patent research;
\nanalysis and development of agreements in the field of intellectual property (registration of TM, copyrights, barcodes, etc.);
\nregistration of intellectual property objects in the relevant state and customs registers;
\nrepresenting clients’ interests in national and international institutions;
\nadvising clients and colleagues on intellectual property issues;
\nparticipating in the development of new practice tools, writing analytical materials, preparing specialized publications and creating content.
\nRequired skills and knowledge:
\nexperience in the field of intellectual property;
\npractice of registering trademarks, copyrights, international applications (will be an advantage);
\nknowledge of English at a conversational level (will be an advantage);
\nexperience of cooperation with state bodies in the field of intellectual property (will be an advantage);
\nattentiveness, initiative, stress resistance, high legal literacy, creative thinking.<\/p>\n
