Task
The client approached us to obtain international patent protection for their utility model "METHOD FOR OBTAINING SUNFLOWER PROTEIN CONCENTRATE." The task was to determine patentability in the selected countries, choose an effective application filing strategy, and secure rights protection at the global level while minimizing the risk of refusal.
What was done
An analysis of the utility model was conducted along with a patentability check in the selected jurisdictions. An international patenting strategy was developed under the PCT system and national procedures. An international application was prepared and filed, with full legal support and communication with patent offices provided, allowing the client to obtain protection for the utility model at the international level.
