Task
The client approached us with the intention of obtaining legal protection for a trademark in the Czech Republic. The task was to select a reliable and cost-effective registration model, taking into account the selected Nice Classification (NCL) classes and possible risks of refusal.
What was done
A preliminary analysis of the trademark in the selected jurisdiction was conducted, and an individual international registration strategy under the Madrid System was developed. An international application was prepared and filed, and full legal support was provided throughout the procedure, allowing the client to obtain legal protection of the sign outside Ukraine.
