Task
The client approached us with the task of changing the owner of the Trademark Certificate. It was important not only to actually transfer the rights, but also to properly execute the agreement, ensure the legal integrity of the procedure, and officially record the changes in the State Register of Trademarks.
What was done
We prepared an agreement on the disposal of property rights to the trademark, taking into account all legal requirements and the interests of the parties. After that, we supported the rights transfer procedure with the state authority: formed the necessary set of documents, filed them for registration, and monitored the entry of the changes into the register, ensuring the correct and uninterrupted securing of rights for the new owner.
