Task
A well-known manufacturer of kombucha drinks approached us seeking to increase brand trust and expand its sales markets. The main task was to implement internationally recognized quality and food safety management standards in the company's production processes.
What was done
We analyzed the existing processes, developed and implemented a documentation system in accordance with the standard requirements, and helped obtain ISO certification. As a result, the company gained new opportunities to cooperate with major retail chains and enter new markets.
