The Appeals Chamber of the National Intellectual Property Authority (NIPA) is a collegial body authorized to consider objections and applications in the field of intellectual property through a separate, extrajudicial procedure.

Recognition of a trademark as well-known is carried out by the Appeals Chamber of the National Intellectual Property Office of Ukraine (NIPO) upon application by an interested party in accordance with Ukrainian law and international obligations.
