About the service:
The national list of websites raising concerns regarding intellectual property rights compliance is an effective tool for combating systematic piracy. We oversee the process of adding infringing websites to this registry, which automatically transmits the information to the international WIPO ALERT platform.
The main benefit for businesses is that websites on this list are prohibited from displaying advertisements. This deprives pirated sites of their revenue streams and ensures a systematic approach to protecting your assets.
Stages of the Work
– We verify the presence of at least three instances of infringement on the website over the past 365 days;
– We document instances of illegal use of content (movies, music, software) and confirm your property rights;
– We prepare a package of documents on behalf of a patent attorney to be submitted to the Ministry of Economy;
– We monitor the processing of the application and confirm that the website has been added to “WIPO ALERT.”
